On this week’s episode of Unsellable Houses, we helped our clients, Susie & Jamie, transform their three-bedroom, two-bathroom, dog-friendly Woodinville rambler into a boho-ranch dream.

Design Inspo & Materials
Overall Design + Living Room
What we updated:
- All new interior paint on walls, trim, doors, and ceilings throughout (Sherwin Williams, walls & ceiling: SW-7647 Crushed Ice, trim, doors & millwork: SW-0037 Morris Room Grey
- Installed custom millwork & wainscotting (trim, doors & millwork: SW-0037 Morris Room Grey)
- Raised the sunken living room & removed pony walls/dog gates
- All new light fixtures & hardware
- Installed luxury vinyl plank (LVP) flooring throughout (Homestead flooring: Jetcore – Dusty Dune)
Kitchen + Dining Room
What we updated:
- Opened up the layout and added a large kitchen island with barstool seating
- All new high-end stainless steel appliances (Albert Lee Appliances)
- Installed custom white soft-close cabinetry with modern black hardware
- Installed quartz countertops (Arizona Tile, Concrete Grey) and marble backsplash (Arizona Tile, Calcatta Umber 2×2 Hexagon Mesh)
- Added a stainless steel sink and faucet (Elkay)
- DIY projects: Corner wood shelf and fabric window seat bench
- Installed a custom pantry (Closet Creations)
Primary Bedroom + Ensuite
What we updated:
- Added a custom luxury built-in closet system (Closet Creations Inc.)
- Installed new light fixtures and continued LVP and fresh interior paint
Hall Bathroom
What we updated:
- Installed designer tile flooring (Arizona Tile, Reverie 4) and shower surround (Arizona Tile, Reverie Gris 8×8)
- Added custom wainscotting and painted to match trim (Sherwin Williams: SW-0037 Morris Room Grey)
- New light fixtures, vanity, and hardware
Exterior
What we updated:
- Painted the exterior, trim, and front door (Sherwin Williams, main: Retreat SW-6207, trim: White Duck SW-7010, Iron Ore SW-7069)
- Refreshed the landscaping
- Replaced the steps and front porch
