What we updated
- Installed all new flooring and millwork throughout
- Added a feature wall in the dining room using concrete
- Replaced the tile surrounding the fireplace and added a new locally sourced + handcrafted fir-wood mantel
- Installed a new dining chandelier
Kitchen

- Installed new tile backsplash
- Replaced all cabinetry and countertops
- Installed new fixtures throughout
- Added a sliding door to the back deck to let in natural light
Bathrooms

- Installed new tile throughout
- Hall Bath Flooring
- Main Bath flooring
- Main Bath shower floor
- Main Bath shower walls
- Replaced all fixtures
- Faucets
- Main bath showerhead
- Installed all new vanities
- Replaced all lighting
- Added new mirrors
- We moved the main bedroom closet door to allow for more space in the closet and added a custom closet system
