This week on Unsellable Houses, we worked with our client, Christine, to help her get top dollar for her dated Everett rambler by transforming it into a vibrant yet subtle 20’s style home.

Design Inspo & Materials
Overall Design + Living Room:
What we updated:
- Installed new ceramic tile fireplace hearth Arizona Tile Riggiole 12″ x 12″ and painted the existing surround SW 9648 satin
- All new interior paint on walls, trim, doors, and ceilings throughout
- Walls: SW 7004 satin Ceiling: SW 7004 flat Doors: SW 9648 semi-gloss
- All new flooring throughout with Robbins Flooring: Autumn Wave LVP
- New light fixtures, ceiling light entryway sconces
Kitchen
What we updated:
- Added a new high-end faucet from Gerber
- Installed new cabinet knobs and pulls
- Added wood floating shelves
- Completed the existing backsplash to make it go all the way to the ceiling
- New light fixture above the sink shop here
Bathrooms
What we updated:
- Installed ceramic tile surround to both showers
- Hall Bath: avocado Main Bath: graphite 5″ x 5″
- Installed tile flooring Arizona Tile Riggiole 12″ x 12″
- Installed new vanities in both bathrooms
- Added Gerber fixtures throughout
- Main Bath: shower Head – brushed bronze Hall Bath: shower Head – brushed bronze Both Bathrooms: sink faucets – brushed bronze
- Installed new light fixtures and hardware vanity light ceiling light
Main Bedroom
What we updated:
- Added an accent wall SW 9648 satin
- New flooring to match the rest of the home from Robbins Flooring Autumn Wave LVP
- Added a new statement chandelier shop lighting here
Guest Room + Office
What we updated:
- Flooring and paint to match the rest of the home
- New light fixtures to bring in the vintage 20’s style bedroom lights
Exterior
What we updated:
- Gave the front and back steps a fresh coat of paint
- Refreshed the landscaping
