This week on Unsellable Houses, we worked with our clients and longtime friends, Colette and Brian, to get top dollar before they made their big move to sunny Arizona! Although we are sad to say goodbye to our best friend, we love nothing more than helping those around us throughout their real estate journey!

- Installed a new custom-built vanity and countertops and backsplash

- Added a new chandelier to the dining room
The Living Room
What we updated
- Installed all new flooring throughout the main floor
- Installed a tile to the fireplace wall
- Added a locally sourced and handcrafted fir wood fireplace mantel
